| The European company Willam Byrd has established itself as one of the greatest French company specialized in ancient music. Made up with soloists, the company tries to extend its repertoire to the whole baroque Renaissance music, from Ockeghem to Händel. The company adds to the singers a thorough bass, string and brass instruments according to the requirements. Concerning the staff, various programs are offered: from intimate and sacred music for 5 voices and an organ to the most amazing marvel of the baroque age: la Missa Salisburgensis de Biber which requires 75 participants. |
